| So I found a guy in my city who does mobile AC recharging. He does R12 as well as R134a. My car is a 91, the AC no longer blows cold, and I discovered there are some things I should replace when doing this. There doesn't seem to be a good FAQ on the subject, and searches don't seem to be very specific. I discovered I need to replace the dryer whenever opening the lines. I see dryers are $100 on ConceptZ and I have to retrofit it to my 91 since it's no longer made for pre-93 cars. So it seems I have to remove the front fascia to gain access to the dryer. At what point should I replace the dryer? Before the AC guy comes, during his vacuum and recharge, or after? What other rings, hoses, etc should I worry about replacing during this procedure?
